There was a 30-second lapse between these pictures. That's how long it takes Cate to develop her beaming smile. It's not easy to smile that big, you know.

Ready for breakfast

Dad says he's going to feed me this morning. This should be interesting. Mom isn't even awake yet. He's never pulled this before.

Oh on... I am falling under the comforter. Never to be seen again.
Where IS he? I don't have a good feeling about this.
Why is he playing with the camera when he should be feeding me?

NO WAY!!! He's got food with him! This is going to be a good day after all.

Auntie Andrea puts Cate to sleep. Andrea and Erin came out to visit with us last week. It was great, but short, and Andrea worked. But it was still great! Erin had a BLAST!

Caroline (the one WITHOUT the braces) and Sara keepin' it clean. Cate enjoys her bathtime... I think. Maybe not.
